Erika Till is the founder of Riselight Co., an operational consulting firm that fixes broken client lifecycle architecture for restaurant technology companies. She spent seven years inside a restaurant technology company — growing with it from the ground up across sales, partnerships, client success, people operations, and ops — and built the kind of operator relationships that almost never churned.

She brings a rare dual perspective: direct visibility into where tech companies lose operator trust and revenue after the sale, and a team of former restaurant operators who understand how that technology lands on the ground. Her work sits at the intersection of go-to-market execution and operational infrastructure — the system between the promise and the retention.

Erika advises restaurant tech companies navigating growth inflection points, when the founder-led model breaks and the operational architecture underneath hasn't caught up.

Outside of work, Erika serves as Board Chair of YayJoy, a nonprofit supporting individuals navigating recovery, reentry, and instability through immediate needs and long-term pathways to stability. She's a committed foodie and believes the best conversations start with asking someone their story.
