Erika Till is the founder of Riselight Co., where she helps founder-led technology companies understand what their business needs to keep customers happy, support sustainable growth, and improve margins.

She spent seven years inside a founder-led restaurant technology company, helping it grow while leading work across sales, partnerships, customer success, people leadership, and operations. Along the way, she built the kind of trusted relationships with restaurant operators that almost never churned.

That experience shaped how she sees organizations today. Rather than viewing customer challenges, operational issues, and leadership struggles as separate problems, Erika looks at how they influence one another. She believes growth doesn't create organizational problems—it exposes the ones that were already there.

Erika helps leaders look beyond the problem showing up on the surface to understand what's actually driving it and what needs to happen next. Her work is guided by the Riselight Operating Framework, which looks at the organization as a connected system across the customer journey, employee journey, product lifecycle, organizational structure, and communication.

Depending on the organization's needs, Erika may serve as a strategic advisor, work alongside the business as an embedded operating partner, step directly into a functional leadership gap, or help bring the right expertise into the room. Her core areas of expertise include operations, organizational health, customer success, and partnerships.

Outside of work, Erika is passionate about community building, nonprofit leadership, mentorship, and creating meaningful connections. Whether through nonprofit work, local leadership, or simply bringing the right people together, she believes we all rise when we help others succeed.
