His career began in his family's restaurant, banquet, and catering business, established in 1937, where he gained firsthand knowledge of the industry's intricacies.​

Over the years, Mr. Ferraro has led complex, multi-location, and multi-concept restaurant groups, honing his skills in managing diverse operational challenges.  He has led multi-unit restaurant brand turnarounds as well as developed systems and operating procedures required to enable restaurant brands to achieve meaningful unit growth.

His expertise extends to the technological realm, having worked with leading global technology companies to provide innovative solutions to thousands of restaurant brands.  He set sales records at NCR and Fourth.  He has led sales teams to achieve higher levels and has worked with technical teams to improve features and functionality that restaurant operators really need.

As the founder of ZagOps Interoperability Solutions, Mr. Ferraro aims to simplify the complexities of restaurant operations by unifying systems, data, and personnel into a cohesive platform. His leadership is driven by a passion for the industry and a commitment to continuous learning and mentorship. ​

Outside of his professional endeavors, Mr. Ferraro values family time, exploring new restaurant concepts, playing golf, watching Formula 1, and enjoying live music across various genres.
