Chad Horn is a go-to-market and partnerships executive with over 15 years of experience scaling technology partnership ecosystems within the restaurant technology sector. Mr. Horn has built a reputation as a trusted operator at the intersection of strategy, partnership program development, and cross-functional GTM execution. In addition to partnering with Blackthorn, Mr. Horn serves as Co-Founder and COO of Inc Tank GTM, a go-to-market and media consultancy focused on helping restaurant technology companies accelerate growth, build market presence, and drive sustainable revenue through revenue operations, strategic partnerships, event/media support, and fractional executive services.

Prior to Inc Tank GTM, Mr. Horn was Co-Founder at Devour, a next-generation digital commerce platform at the intersection of restaurants and web3/gaming technology. Prior to Devour, he served as Director of Strategic Partnerships at PAR Technology, a leading provider of restaurant and retail technology solutions. Mr. Horn's earlier career included Director of Channel Partnerships at Checkmate, where he built and managed the company's POS and reseller partner ecosystem, and Director of Partnerships at TableUp (acquired by TouchBistro), and Channel Development Manager at Upserve (acquired by Lightspeed).

Mr. Horn holds an MBA in Entrepreneurship from Babson College – Franklin W. Olin Graduate School of Business and a B.S. in Psychology from the University of Oregon.
