With over 15 years of experience across investment banking, private equity, real estate, and media, Devin has served as CFO and senior advisor to billion-dollar firms, family offices, celebrity entrepreneurs, and mission-driven startups. He is known for structuring high-impact deals, building investor confidence, and aligning financial architecture with aggressive expansion goals.

Prior to joining Blackthorn, Devin held senior positions at institutions such as J.P. Morgan, Merrill Lynch, Booz Allen and Alvarez & Marsal, where he advised on major recapitalizations, restructurings, and strategic acquisitions.

Devin earned his MBA in Finance and Accounting from the University of Chicago Booth School of Business and holds multiple securities and insurance licenses.
